Tara Landry
Tara Landry is a speaker, writer, and creator of The Recovering Asshole, a community for women who are in the messy middle of rebuilding their lives. She helps women get unstuck, quiet the negative narrator in their head, and take small, doable steps toward a life that actually feels like theirs. Her work focuses on self-worth, identity, and learning how to listen to your own inner voice again — especially if you’ve spent years abandoning yourself to survive.
Tara rebuilt her life after divorce, depression, and addiction, and started completely over in her 30s. She teaches from lived experience, not theory. Her approach is direct, grounded, and centered around compassion and personal responsibility.
Topics she supports women with:
• Feeling stuck or lost in midlife
• Identity outside of motherhood and relationships
• How to hear your intuition again
• Negative self-talk and self-worth
• Moving through anxiety and overwhelm
• Taking small, real steps forward when life feels heavyWebsite:

Sonja Ramsey
Faith-Based Counselor • Grief & Journal Coach • Creator of RISE
Born in Tananarive, Madagascar, and raised in Quito, Ecuador, Sonja Ramsey’s story is one of faith, resilience, and renewal. At just thirteen, she moved to the United States—beginning a lifelong journey of authentic faith in Jesus that would become the foundation of her healing and strength.
Having faced the trauma of childhood sexual abuse, the profound loss of her first husband after 25 years of marriage, and the deep valleys of grief and clinical depression, Sonja’s path has been marked by courage and redemption. Through her Christian faith, she learned to forgive, establish healthy boundaries, and find support in her community, family, and mentors.
Her story became her mission: helping women discover hope, restoration, and joy even in life’s hardest seasons.
A lifelong journaler and creative spirit, Sonja weaves prayer, writing, reading, art, music, nature, fitness, and counseling into her work. She holds certifications in Lay Counseling, Grief Coaching, and Journal Coaching, with ongoing studies in Art Therapy and Family Christian Counseling—bringing a holistic approach to emotional and spiritual wellness.
Sonja is also the founder of RISE, a framework built on four pillars:
Resilience, Inspire Change, Seek Truth, and Encourage Wellness — guiding women toward healing, growth, and wholeness in spirit, mind, and body.
Her heart’s desire is simple yet profound: to walk alongside women as they rise from pain into purpose. 🌿
