Find Your Sisterhood
on the Dance Floor
A Beach Dance Club for Women that is Refreshingly Sober
As featured in:
This isn't your typical night out. The 5 to 9 Club is where women come to dance to the music that defined their favorite decades—and leave with friendships that last far beyond the final song.
Women-Only Space
Dance freely with your sisters. Just you, the music, and women having pure fun!
Alcohol-Free by Design
Real connections without liquid courage. Remember every moment, feel amazing the next day.
Home By 10 pm
Dancing at 5, home for bedtime. No sacrificing your routine or next-day energy.
80s, 90s, 2000s Vibes
80s Miami Beach-inspired decor, music you love, and a dance floor that feels like pure joy.
You're Not Looking for a Night Out. You're Looking for Your People.
You've tried the happy hours that stay shallow. The mom groups that only talk about kids. The girls' nights that end too late and leave you feeling uncomfortable.
Here's the truth: making real friends as an adult woman feels impossible. But it's not. It just requires the right space—one designed for connection, not just conversation.
The 5 to 9 Club gives you what you've been missing: a place where you can be yourself, meet women who actually want to stay in touch,
and build the sisterhood you've been craving.
What Happens Here:
→ Dancing turns into coffee dates on Tuesday mornings
→ Phone numbers become group chats that make you laugh out loud
→ Strangers become the friends who show up when you need them
Real Women. Real Friendships. Real Joy.

From Isolation to Sisterhood
Alyssa Lundy
Founder, 5 to 9 Club | CMO | Mom of Three
As a mom with kids aged 18, 16, and 2, I know the impossible puzzle of trying to maintain friendships. Between sports tournaments every weekend, bedtime routines, and a demanding career, traditional nightlife became a joke.
The isolation was real. I watched my friendships fade into "we should get together sometime" texts that never materialized. I missed dancing. I missed laughing with women who knew me as more than just "someone's mom."
At the start of 2025, I decided: If no one else was going to create the space women like me desperately need, I would. A place where we could dance at 5, be home for bedtime, and wake up ready for whatever tomorrow brings.
5 to 9 Club isn't just about dancing—it's about refusing to disappear into our responsibilities. It's about showing our daughters (and sons) that mom deserves a full life too.
We're proving that the best nights of your life can happen on a weekday at 6pm.
Dance. Connect. Thrive.
Your sisterhood is waiting.
