Our events are intentionally intimate and capped to maintain the community feel — typically 70, with a goal of 120 attendees per event. Every seat is a paying ticket holder. You're not getting a room full of freebies — you're reaching women who chose to invest in the experience.

We don't share attendee contact information with sponsors. This is a policy we hold firmly to protect the trust of our community. As a sponsor, your brand exposure comes through stage time, signage, social media promotion, and a dedicated mention in our post-event email — sent on your behalf to our full list.

During the event, we pause the music and formally introduce our Community Spotlight Partner to the room. You step up, tell the audience who you are, what problem you solve, and how they can reach you. That's it — no pressure, no hard sell. In our experience, two minutes is the perfect amount of time: enough to make a real impression, short enough to keep the energy of the evening alive. Many of our sponsors report getting direct inquiries and booked appointments the same night.

We provide the table and tablecloth. You bring everything else — business cards, samples, and any branded materials (no large signage). We recommend keeping your setup simple, elegant, and on-brand. Our aesthetic is pastel, tropical, and elevated — displays that match that vibe photograph beautifully and get more attention on the night.
